Assuming your sound bar is initialized through verbs (I suspect it is),
you'll need to find the verb sequence yourself:

I installed Ubuntu 22.04 on same RaspberryPI, and I noticed a huge performance
difference with fractional scaling on Wayland.
On Wayland I was unable to find any lag or delay or performance hit. On Xorg
though, even Ubuntu 22.04 had the same performance issues as Ubuntu Budgie
For reference, here's what I see with some of the noise removed:
1001_keep-symbol-DumpThreadHandles-if-debugging-is-disabled.patch is
carried forward. The change to winpr/libwinpr/thread/thread.c is now
gone. The change to winpr/include/winpr/thread.h remains.
All other patches previously present

Thanks, upgrading `libmutter-10-0` along with a couple of dependencies
did help.
There is weird caret blinking on switching from Terminal to IDEA (as if
the former briefly regains the focus between ultimately relinquish it),

The bug itself is that the implicitclass CUPS backend used by cups-
browsed is not able to determine the correct parameters to generate
Apple Raster from the PDF input. Your printer needs 600 dpi and for some
reason 1200 dpi got sent.
In cups-filters 2.x (to appear in Ubuntu 22.10) this is fixed.
