Having the same issue I do want to add that I wonder if this is actually
a Thunderbird issue or perhaps a Ubuntu one. I'm seeing the same
behavior on another app as well since upgrading to 23.04. In my case the
electron based chat client Ferdium.

incorrectly placed dot on a primary workspace. After I have used the
"Show Applications" menu to move a "favorite" app to another workspace,
I click back to the primary workspace. Even though the app is not on
this primary workspac
