Hello,
I'm also affected by this bug.
I can't open the "Text Entry Settings" from the "Keyboard indicator" or the
"Unity Control Center".
The bug is present in the live CD as well.

I got a note from the original bug report I found here:
https://github.com/xournalpp/xournalpp/issues/5303 The word there was
that the recent update to libmutter fixed this, however, for me it only
fixes it for about 30 seconds after I switch to a program like xournalpp
and use the stylus. Then
I see this was filed on the 13th. Had this been mentioned in the 45.2
mantic SRU bug[1], I wouldn't have released the package to updates on
the 14th :/
