Is there a manual fix for this? I unplugged the cable and hit the road and now have no sound.

Let's consider this scenario: - plug the HDMI cable, - change the sound output to HDMI - play a flash video in chromium, the sound goes through the HDMI, - changing the output to internal speaker, the internal speaker plays the flash sound - unplug the HDMI cable, the internal speaker still plays the flash sound now: - plug the HDMI cable back, and select the sound output to HDMI - play some youtube video, and unplug the HDMI cable Flash doesn't switch automatically back to the internal speaker. Even trying to select it the internal speakers as output doesn't solve this problem, still no sound in flash. It looks like the Volume Control Center doesn't set some parameter back when the HDMI output is selected and the cable unplugged.
