Public bug reported: I have just been looking at a document scanned (at high resolution) by the Archive.
Whilst evince is attempting to produce thumbnails, and I try to flip through pages, I observe (using the linux system monitor) that a single (of my eight) CPUs is pegged, while the other seven are lolly-gagging about. This makes me ask: "Hey, is evince properly enabled to exploit the usual du-jour?" I fear that it may not be. Will you kindly give me your guidance about all that. Persons might wish to be of use in these matters. -d ** Affects: evince (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to evince in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1196200 Title: evince appears to be single-threaded Status in “evince” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: I have just been looking at a document scanned (at high resolution) by the Archive.
