After installing modemmanager_1.0.0-2ubuntu2_amd64.deb from comment #5, WWAN
works.
Speed test result: 37.05Mbps download, 15.97Mbps upload.
Also tried S3 and hybrid sleep, WWAN work
Verified in KittyHawk2.0 project with following fglrx driver can still
reproduce this issue. lp:1416253
