I've been using Advanced mode instead of Programming mode for a while
now, and have not encounter this bug under that settings, so it appears
to be exclusive to Programming mode

version-current drivers.
The calculator is the only program in which I am experiencing screen refresh
issues.

Frequently, when performing a calculation, either by hitting enter on
the keyboard or by clicking the = sign, the display will fail to update
(it will still show the expression you typed in instead of the answer)
until you do something else to cause a repaint such as moving th
myspell didn't work (was already installed), but installing hunspell-en-
ca did (that's for Canadian spelling, replace en-ca with whichever
language pack is appropriate for you, most likely en-ca, en-us. I don't
think there's a British English one for hunspell though.
Then restart LibreOffice.

This is an EXTREMELY annoying bug for me. I like using the text location
instead of breadcrumbs so that I can copy-paste file locations (which is
especially useful now that Nautilus no longer has the "open location in
terminal" option on the menu anymore), so there's no quick way to move
to a paren
