Adding the symlink didn't solve the problem.
I found that the qmicli was not installed !
After installing libqmi-utils package I could solve the problem.
Does the upgrade to ubuntu 22.04 uninstalled me the libqmi-utils
package?

This bug happens to me quite frequently (from once to three times per
day) and it's quite annoying.
It appears to be random even if sometimes it happens when I try to open
the notification window (in the topbar clicking on the date time)
