Public bug reported:

Hello, everyone.

I have an HP zBook 15u laptop with an HP slim dockstation and had a trouble
with sound from the dock: dock has two separate jacks, one for line in and one
for line out
I solved it with pin retasking for 0x1b (out) and 0x18 (in)

Here is my final configuration:

#: sudo hdajacksensetest -c 1 -a
Pin 0x12 (Internal Mic): present = No
Pin 0x13 (Not connected): present = No
Pin 0x14 (Internal Speaker): present = No
Pin 0x15 (Black Headphone, Right side): present = No
Pin 0x16 (Not connected): present = No
Pin 0x17 (Not connected): present = No
Pin 0x18 (Black Mic, Docking station, Rear side): present = Yes
Pin 0x19 (Not connected): present = No
Pin 0x1a (Black Mic, Right side): present = No
Pin 0x1b (Black Line Out, Docking station, Rear side): present = Yes
Pin 0x1d (Not connected): present = No
Pin 0x1e (Not connected): present = No

and this is the output for the alsa-info.sh script (0x18 may be listed as AUX):
http://www.alsa-project.org/db/?f=b1381c8e2468a2928b0768cc66c2c02c3c0ca465

Can't decide if Pin 0x18 should be AUX or mic...

Could someone please push this fix into a package (not sure which one)?

Additionally, with this fix, I have a very short scratching noise on
each boot. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I'm ready to test any additional solutions if needed.
Thanks in advance.
