As a workaround I'm currently doing rmmod btusb && modprobe btusb after
every boot which seem to do the magic. Attaching the dmesg for that just
in case.

Still failing with the same error on latest Eoan (kernel
5.3.0-40-generic). Dmesg with default kernel and usbcore.dyndbg=+p
attached.
