Since my last post I have updated to version 2.95.5 but I have the same problem.

I tried to add the Podcast http://www.alternativlos.org/ogg.rss to Rhythmbox
2.95 on Ubuntu 12.04.
I rightclicked Podcasts choose: "Neuer Podcast Feed" (I have the German
Version, "Neuer Podcast Feed" means "New Podcast Feed").
I copied an pasted the Feed URL into the Textfield and clicked "Hi
nautilus will automaticall create a
.Trash-1001
directory on the filesystem unless it does not have the permissions to do so.
sudo chmod 777 /homehdd
should fix that.

Disabling dnssd didn't help here on 10.04. But this solved it for me (thanks

echo "ServerName 127.0.0.1" >> /etc/cups/client.conf
(Note that this file probably does not exist beforehand. Also, you need to
restart your applications for it to take effect)
