UTC is incorrectly implement
The closest package I can think of is util-linux, but I'm not sure. It's
something low-level though, near the kernel. Possibly the kernel itself.
I don't really know how time is managed by the system, I just know how
to configure and use it.

This is actually network-manager-gnome; I didn't realise 'Network
Connections' (nm-connection-editor) was a separate package from the
applet.

I've just realised that I can't even set it to Super-L!
In 'Keyboard Shortcuts', I set 'Lock screen' to 'Mod4+L'. When Super-L
is pressed, the screen is not locked!
It should at least be an option.

When restoring from many windows and tabs, windows flicker around for a
while. This includes windows that were minimised when Firefox was
closed. The window opens then minimises a moment later, unless it is the
original window which stays unminimised.

The status doesn't update unless I reconnect the connection. Sometimes
it says GSM when I have way more bandwidth than what 2.xG supports (See
the screenshot). Other times it says HSUPA when bandwidth is at a snails
pace.
