It happens to me also. Fresh install of Lubuntu 18.04, fully updated, on an HP Pavilion g6. Whenever the screen is locked (either manually choosing to lock it, or automatically after X amount of time without using it), it will take many seconds just to simply draw the password dialog. But if I
