I encountered this bug on Ubuntu 15.10. It can be solved by installing
the package p7zip-full. It occurred when I tried to extract a password-
protected file which I created on another computer with Ubuntu 14.04
LTS.
The messages from command-line 'unzip' are:
skipping: (file name) need PK

an empty file, or one of the files in the Templates XDG folder. However,
the templates are missing from the File menu - only an empty file is

robust implementation of path boolean operations. The current method is
inherently imprecise and can't be fixed.

The patch by vaifrax does not address the actual issue, which is that
Inkscape internally uses 'desktop coordinates' in many places. These
'desktop coordinates' are hardcoded as an Y-grows-upwards system that
