If wifi is connected, the default IPv4 route is always through wifi, no
route through wired connection is set up, even if wired faster, and
connected to the same gw. The default IPv6 route is ok. Tested on a
fresh install, same behavior.

just upgraded some of my computers to Ubuntu 20.04, also tried with
fresh install, in all case the pulseaudio rtp receive module is giving
me very poor sound.
Easily reproducible on a single machine :
pacmd load-module module-null-sink sink_name=MyNullSink
pacmd load-module
