For me this happens only when I'm using Blender (2.92 installed via
snap) and when my system is busy (CPU usage is more than 70%) but
because I'm mainly working with blender on my machine that's why this

Hi. Sometimes network-manager crashes and I can't connect to any

I feel the same as new4u, I have the problem in 13.04 beta more than
ever, even after I disabled key press repeat in Prefrences - Keyboard,
