Any news on this topic? We just replaced our laptops at work and we now have a
batch of some Dell XPS 13 experiencing this bug under 22.04LTS.
Webcams are working properly in Chromium, not in Firefox and Cheese. Is
there any workaround or fix available that could be

That's seems to be fixed in latest version, probably through this
modification:

Zotero is a bibliography tool (https://www.zotero.org/). When I double
click on a pdf in it, it opens the pdf file using the default system
tool, here evince, and triggers that evince error.

Opening a pdf file from Zotero in evince, I got "failed to load backend
for 'application/pdf': libnss3.so: failed to load shared object mapping
segment" and the file won't open. When opening the file from its
location in Nautilus, that works properly.

@alexmurray: same pattern for me. It probably happened at shutdown
according to timestamp, and Apport popped up just after login with
Nautilus crash.

Also add system-config-printer, as this problem breaks part of it, and
as it doesn't output any installation error whereas driver is not
