Yes, I can confirm that the bug is fixed in LibreOffice 4.2.8.2 Build ID
420m0(Build:2) on Linux Mint 17 Qiana, which is based on Ubuntu 14.04:
I have libreoffice-help-en-us and libreoffice-help-de installed, the
default language is German and the help appears in German.

I attached a modified version of 55NetworkManager that simply calls
stop network-manager and start network-manager, respectively. This
works for me, i.e. I have a working network connection after resume,
which I hadn't before (Mint 13 Xfce, kernel 3.13.0-43-generic, ThinkPad
R500).
