My Thunderbird version is 12.0.1, running on Ubuntu Linux 12.04 with
Gnome, and I am also affected by this bug. It's very very annoying.

  Pressing AltGR key opens http://support.mozillamessaging.com in
  Message Compose Window under Turkish locale

Bug description:
  To produce the bug:

  1. Open Thunderbird under Turkish locale.
  2. Open a new message compose window.
  3. Try to write @ by pressing AltGr key or simply press AltGr key anywhere in 
the window.
   
  What happened:
  http://support.mozillamessaging.com page opened in the browser.

  What should have happened:
  Nothing if just AltGr key is pressed or written @ in the address line.

  I am  using Ubuntu 11.10 and my Thunderbird version is
  11.0+build1-0ubuntu0.11.10.1
