Is you system still up and running without leaks? I have got
3.11.0-20-generic and the leak is there. I just wonder why Canonic is
not interested at all this major bug.

I upgraded my PC from Ubuntu 13.10 to 14.04 (released one). After
upgrade I found the PC slows down soon even without apps running on it.
When checking with system monitor I found all the physical memory was
full and the swap file was in use (which never happened with 13.10).
