Yes I have installed fglrx manually (the legacy version), only did this
after Unity was not starting directly. This bug only happened after the
upgrade from 12.04. I did a fresh install this weekend (daily build of
quantal) and can use Unity/compiz without any trouble so far.

manually to boot to Unity. Since this Laptop uses an HD3xxx ATI Card, I

Android doesn't support Adhoc per default. With the App Wifi-Analyzer
you can see some details.
When I create an AdHoc and select WPA, it's now recognised as WPA. WPA2
would be better, I guess. But before it was open.

Something changed now. I have latest version of Precise daily(03-12).
Now all available Wifis are shown darkgray in the applet and i cannot select
one of them.
But i can still create a Wifi connection manually with the desired SSID. After
a reboot, i get automatically connected.
