  epiphany's info dialog contain no notion of its name

Bug description:
  There seems to be no way to figure out which program `epiphany` is
  from inside `epiphany`. At least the info dialog shouldn't call the
  program "Internet" because that's also misleading since a browser is
  not the internet.
