When doing a fresh install of Ubuntu 17.10 I notice that the installer
didn't detect my wired ethernet correctly. I went through with the
installation and I could still not connect to the internet. In the
network settings I found that the MAC address was incorrect. It was set
d twice.
so after a quick
sudo gpasswd -d $USER admin
The duplicate no longer appear.

This bug affects me to. Also, when someone initiates a chat, the
conversation window freezes seemingly at random. Had no problems before
the upgrade.

After you uninstall an application from your installed application list
in the Software Center. The list fold itselfs, which is a wee bit
annoying, in case you wanted to uninstall another application under any
desired category. Then unfolding any category/list or not, Software
