I've installed network-manager 0.9.4.0-0ubuntu4.2~mtrudel6 and dnsmasq- base 2.59-4ubuntu0.1~mtrudel2 on Precise. So far things look good. With the normal Precise versions, I would see dnsmasq restart 30-40 times(!) during boot, according to daemon.log. No restarts during boot with the new
