Denis, how did you install java on your pc? Did you build it from sources or
use something like ppa:webupd8team/java ?

Hotkeys don't work PyCharm 3.1.3 in English (US) layout after PPA + the
"restart unity-settings-daemon".
Output of setxkbmap -query:

However hotkeys now work in other apps (for ex: chromium) both
