Thunderbird doesn't always clean nstmp cache files
Just ran into this yesterday with one of my users. Hundreds of GB of
disk space consumed by NSTMP files. Found, then deleted all but oldest
and newest files (just in case), and this brought back his system,
possibly better than before. I thought this was fixed already. He was
using current version

If that is the case, then someone needs to just mark the bug as
"WONTFIX" and be done
