well I found the cause and fixed it... it was the fall back to swrast
(software rasterizer in Mesa3D).

After compiling and installing the newest Mesa3d with nouveau enabled,
compiz gave up to put it simple. No work around has helped, neither
resetting its settings. As everything else seems fine, I and the nouveau
developers in irc decided it must be compiz and unitz related
