Public bug reported:

Hi,

I have had a trouble my speaker "JBL Pebbles" won't sound since I
upgraded Ubuntu from 22.04 to 24.04. I'm not sure that this problem is
caused by `pulseaudio`.

The course of events is following.

1. I used it on Ubuntu 22.04, but it wouldn't sound if I didn't turn it up the
volume.
2. Since I upgraded Ubuntu, it wouldn't sound even if I turn it up to the max
volume.
3. I ran `sudo alsamixer`, but `alsamixer` don't recognize it.
4. Since I installed `pulseaudio`, `alsamixer` recognized but it wouldn't sound
even if I turn it up to the max volume.

Other speakers (for example, the monitor connected by DisplayPort and
earphones connected by Line Out) work well.
