Same problem too. complete freeze, and it's not possible to connect by ssh or ping (the pc uses static ip); no tty on ctrl alt f1 etc.. The freeze always had happened while cpu was not working hard, but some (3-10) minutes after modifyng some images (more than 100) by imagemagick. i was moving t
