Seems the problem is worsened with new kernel in 18.04.

After the last update, no more audio cards are detected, but `lspci` says:

I've the same problem using an Acer Swift 5 Pro equipped with a Realtek
ALC255 and KDE Neon with kernel 4.15.0-34.
