Today, I upgraded my system to 12.04 and the bug has changed its
behaivour. Now, we can type "@" via AltGr key, but support page is still
being opened.
My TB version is now 11.0.1+build1-0ubuntu1

1. Open Thunderbird under Turkish locale.
2. Open a new message compose window.
3. Try to write @ by pressing AltGr key or simply press AltGr key anywhere in
the window.

I am on 11.10 and have this bug.
My Evince version is: 3.1.2
As Pedro Villavicencio asked to reproduce this bug:
1. Open Evince.
2. Right click Toolbar and open Toolbar Editor.
3. Try to drag *any* icon to Toolbar.
