I have this problem too with my new webcam (I bought it today : logitech
C270).
The unity or gnome-shell or xfce session is killed very very fast each
time I want to read the webM videos that I've recorded with cheese.
reading wmv videos kill session too.
Trying to capture a video using vlc 2
I confirm this is something I've got with gnome-shell
and I use a RADEON HD 4800
