NOTE - when I filed these 2 bugs for some reason Launchpad marked them
as Firefox related.
THEY ARE NOT... cheese, uvcview etc all have problems although lately I
have been able to uvcview to capture/display
But regardless, from my searches something with webcam's broke around

I have a guess that both are related and possibly a cause of the move to
multi-arch and to Unity.
Multi-arch because it seems they are both affecting x64 users from what I can
