Public bug reported: I ran vinagre 3.4.2 on a laptop running 1280x1024 resolution to connect to a desktop that was running on 1600x1200 dual monitors at an effective resolution of 3200x1200. The vinagre menu that is supposed to appear at the top center of the display appears to be centered on the virtual desktop, and this is not visible on my physical display.
Actually, when I put the mouse at the very top right, I can see a thin white line which is the left most pixels of the menu and I can move over that and click to exit full screen. This menu should be centered on the host display, not centered on the remote (virtual) display, so that it is always visible. ** Affects: vinagre (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: vinagre -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to vinagre in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1019364 Title: vinagre menu is hidden when host screen too smal Status in “vinagre” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: I ran vinagre 3.4.2 on a laptop running 1280x1024 resolution to connect to a desktop that was running on 1600x1200 dual monitors at an effective resolution of 3200x1200.
