Public bug reported: I have System Settings > Brightness & Lock > Turn screen off when inactive for 5 minutes ENABLED.
When I am in the middle of viewing a photo slideshow with Shotwell, Ubuntu will turn off the screen after 5 minutes. The photos are changing every couple seconds during the slideshow, shouldn't this prevent the screen from being turned off? ** Affects: gnome-system-monitor (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gnome-system-monitor in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1034412 Title: "Brightness & Lock" turns off screen in middle of photo slideshow Status in “gnome-system-monitor” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: I have System Settings > Brightness & Lock > Turn screen off when inactive for 5 minutes ENABLED.
