Public bug reported:
When deleting a message, appears a pop-up window asking you whether to
"Compact all folders to save disk space?". And there is an option nearby
"Always ask me before compacting folders automatically". If you choose
"Cancel' at that the option is unchecked, Thunderbird asks you the same
question after restarting session nethertheless.
