After upgrading from 12.04 to 12.10, my sound recorder was unresponsive
when the record button was pushed. it was fixed with some updates. but
now, the sound recorder stops recording just after 40
the highlight is that the alsa-driver is not there. how do I get that?
nothing in that name in software center.
