Actual Results: date is translated following the reginal format settings

Hallo
I want to have my system fully in English, but actually the date  is translated 
in Italian.
I think that this depend on the fact that I choose Italian in regional format 
(but just to have numbering and currency that I use), I don't want to have the 
date translated into another language.
