I'm running 12.10 on an asus 1215t laptop. AMD based.
The specific behavior in common is that using a single finger will
sometimes cause the page to scroll as if I had used two fingers. I was
on 11.04 previously and did not have this issue. Although I didnt use

I am using an HP Mini 311. This is a new issue that did not occur in
12.04. The touchpad is now recognized as a synaptics device, after only
being recognized as a USB mouse in 12.04.
Michael, Thanks for reporting this bug. Please help us with debugging
further on this bug by attching apport logs. Fortunately it can be done
automatically through running "apport-collect 1087794" from Terminal
(without quotes).
