Few times already happened to me. Immediately after logging froze Gnome

you have to post the pulseaudio log and ask the pulseaudio developer
the module-switch-on-port-available switch to other port when the active
port is unplugged (e.g driver know the headphone or line out and some
hdmi is unplugged)
