System works correct, but very slow only with 256Mb video memory (maximum
available setting at bios).
Even if I disable window appear effects with ccsm, unity dashboard draws slow
(above 1 second).

Error 12 = -ENOMEM, so it looks like too much memory is used by unity.
Since you only have 64mb video memory that's probably the limiting
factor. If it your card doesn't have dedicated memory, could you try to
increase the amount of memory in the bios?
