For those wondering, Christopher (penalvch) had me create another report for
this issue.
Running quite well with kernel 3.2 for a week now and have switched to 3.4 2
days ago, still without any issues.

Experience a similar issue as well, using a Quadro FX 3800M with driver 304.*,
310.* and 313.* in 12.10 and 13.04.

Very frequent random lockup's which crashes both unity and gnome-shell,
switching between tty1 and tty7 sometimes resolves this issue, but
