This is a small packaging problem. To get rid of the error you can
safely remove libreoffice-emailmerge with dpkg (it is a transitional
package, which means that it contains nothing, as it is now integrated
in libreoffice-common package).
After this, reinstall libreoffice-common with synaptic or a
