Is this related to mesa and not being able to get the Gnome 3D desktop
to load in 13.04 Raring?
I ask because one recommendation was to install freeglut3-dev. When I
try to install I get the same message:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information...

I am not able to reproduce this issue on an up to date 13.04 install.
Freeglut3-dev installed fine without any problems. Are you still able to
reproduce this issue?
