On my machine it depends on google chrome. On running chrome it consumes
about 10% CPU.

I have constant cca 15% CPU load when Skype is started. Ubuntu 14.04.
Restart fof Skype doesn't help...

I also had pulseaudio eating about >20% of CPU 1 of 4 on I7 (Ubuntu
14.04 with the latest updated). Restarting Skype helped.

The issue persists in Kubuntu 13.04 Trusty alpha.

Xubuntu 13.04 on two different intel based computers.

This bug causes up to 99% use of CPU.
On CPU Graph, it seems Pulseaudio monopolizes 1 core. (1 out of 2 on my
CoreDuo - 1 out of 4 on my ie3)
Workaround for now : pulseaudio --kill
