Ive seen this before, and can sometimes get it to reprodce when just
typing in the dash. Seems to happen when new results are waiting to be
found, and things are still loading.

Bug description:
When I open dash (and do not search for anything) i see these symbols on
hover on section title expand/collapse button/area.
Not using any compiz, unity or other tweaking ppas.
Ubuntu 13.04 - intel hw - latest updates.
