After having upgraded to 13.04 from 12.10 (which worked flawlessly) the
screen began randomly to flicker and to show artefacts. The bug occurs
more often on video playback. Else no related crashes or freezes can be
reported. I use an HP nw8440 with an ATI FireGL V5200.
