This is still happening in Trusty, with Thunderbird 24.6.0. I do not understand the delay in fixing it as the bug's importance is High. Alos, I am not able to do the workaround (as specified in the previous post) as the Location (in Properties) of my Deleted local folder (I do not have a Trash
