It happens, when I'm using some software with non-english layout and
then click "start screensaver".

sudo rm -f /var/lib/xkb/*
tested, the same situation.
It's bug, because it's difficult to unlock PC. You need to click "Change
user" and then in start screen you can type in proper keyboard layout.
After unlock, you have an Xorg error always.

reboot and test if the bug still exists
