Some applications are too slow to keep up with the new window resizing
behavior. This makes the whole process look ugly, because the window
gets filled with the black background from the window decoration.

I suspect this happens with those applications that need to re-render
something that takes time, in this case, websites. Is it possible to
revert to the old behavior for such programs?
